"We Care" Network

It is also time for the “We Care” business sponsorship renewal. We urge you to look into this as F4E desperately needs funds for our best news… We have just given the go-ahead for a house in Phnom Penh for the rubbish children! The plan is that F4E will rent a house for up to $250 per month near the rubbish dump so that it will be easy for the children to access. Our dream is to have an ongoing supply of safety packs (which will include tweezers to pick up the rubbish, gloves, masks, etc) available for the children. As well as providing basic training in literacy, numeracy and IT skills, the house will also be a drop in centre where children can receive basic items such as water, soy milk and first aid. In the future who knows what else but hopefully we will be able to provide lots, lots, lots more… We will be telling you a lot more about this as the level of need in relation to this issue is indescribable!

The major objective of the “Care Network” continues to be to raise sufficient funds to continue to provide 30,000 meals in poverty stricken areas in Cambodia. This year we are also focusing on a new project involving basic training skills for disabled landmine victims as well as “garbage” orphans (children as young as six who live on garbage dumps, collecting rubbish in an attempt to survive).

Now, more than ever, we need your help and therefore invite you to maintain your sponsorship in our “We Care” network.

Once again, our most heartfelt thanks for caring. You make a HUGE difference.

Please contact us on 4737 3400 with any questions you might have.

Food4Everyone is creating a network of businesses with a social conscience, that is, a network of businesses “who care”.

For an annual membership fee, businesses are provided with free advertising on our publications and website as well as with a prominent sign to be displayed in their business that indicates that their business “cares”.

By now, it is becoming quite clear that many people are developing a social conscience and in fact Australians are one of the most generous people in the world.

Taking the above into account, it is not difficult to anticipate that potential customers may choose one business (rather than another) if they know that by doing so they too are making a difference in reducing world poverty. The “care network” logo clearly will identifies businesses as caring and indicates that because of them 30,000 meals are being distributed annually in Cambodia.

“Food 4 Everyone” launches the ‘Care Network’).
“Food 4 Everyone”, Heartland International is a registered charity based in Penrith is creating a network of businesses with a social conscience, that is a network of businesses ‘who care’.The major objective of the care network will be to maintain the feeding project in the "windy village' which presently distributes 30 thousand meals to children there annually.

It is becoming quite clear that many people are developing a social conscience and in fact Australians are one of the most generous people in the world.
I believe customers will choose a business that helps reduce global poverty, how many of us have been to McDonald’s on McHappy Day?

The principle is the same, people will choose a business over another if they know by doing so they’re helping to feed children in our world.

Businesses become sponsors of “Food 4 Everyone”, with an annual fee, they receive free advertising on all of our correspondence and website. In conjunction with the sponsorship package they will receive a prominent sign to display to show they care.

We have currently have 7 projects underway in  remote Cambodia, from food parcels assisting patients in Aids wards of the Kampong Cham Hospital to sponsoring students in Agriculture College and creating food farmlets so villagers become self sufficient.

We also provide aid to East Timor, where emergency help is required.

We hope businesses will realise the potential of becoming a part of the ‘Care Network” will greatly increase their customer base.

We know we cannot change the world BUT together as a network, we can change a little bit of it.
